Kreatín v HOT BLOOD HARDCORE zvyšuje fyzický výkon pri krátkych dávkach vysokej intenzity cvičenia. Priaznivého účinku sa dosiahne pri dennom príjme 3 g kreatínu.

(1) Vitamín B6 a niacín prispievajú k normálnemu fungovaniu nervového systému. Zinok prispieva k udržaniu normálnej psychickej činnosti.

(2) Vitamín C a vitamín E prispievajú k ochrane buniek pred oxidačným stresom.

(3) Folát, vitamín B12 a vitamín A prispievajú k správnemu fungovaniu imunitného systému. Chróm sa podieľa na normálnom metabolizme makroživín. Biotín sa podieľa na normálnych metabolických procesoch produkujúcich energiu.

Odporúčané dávkovanie

Zmiešajte 2x1 dávku (2x12,5g, 2x 3/4 odmerka) prášku Hot Blood Hardcore s 2x200 ml studenej vody denne. Nápoj je mierne sýtený oxidom uhličitým, preto pri pretrepaní otvorte uzáver každých 5 sekúnd, aby ste predišli nehodám. Konzumujte jednu dávku 30 minút pred tréningom a jednu počas tréningu.

Upozornenie

Neodporúča sa deťom a tehotným ženám. Neužívajte nalačno. Neprekračujte odporúčaný denný príjem. Vysoký obsah kofeínu [150 mg kofeínu na porciu (75 mg kofeínu na 100 ml hotového nápoja)]. Nemali by ho konzumovať tehotné a dojčiace ženy a deti do 18 rokov. Konzumácia tohto produktu sa neodporúča v prípade známych základných zdravotných ťažkostí alebo pri užívaní liekov! Nemal by sa konzumovať v rovnaký deň ako iné produkty obsahujúce zelený čaj alebo betaín. Denný príjem EGCG [(-)-epigalokatechín-3-galátu] nesmie dosiahnuť ani prekročiť 800 mg za deň. Konzumácia tohto produktu nenahrádza pestrú a vyváženú stravu a zdravý životný štýl. Vyrobené v závode na výrobu potravín obsahujúcich mlieko, vajcia, lepok, sóju, arašidy, stromové orechy, zeler, ryby, kôrovce, mäkkýše a oxid siričitý. Skladujte tesne uzavreté na chladnom a suchom mieste. Po otvorení nevyberajte silikátové vrecko.
