Whey Blend is an instant blend of select whey proteins with a delicious taste, it contains a blend of proteins from whey concentrate, isolate and hydrolysate. Dosage:

mix 1 - 2 scoops in 250 - 350 ml of cold water and take 1 - 3 times a day, it is advisable to include a dose immediately in the morning on an empty stomach, before training 1 - 2 hours take 1 - 2 scoops mixed in water and immediately after training take 1 - 2 scoops mixed in water.
