Dosage:

One scoop constitutes = 15g. One serving = 30g. Measure the recommended dose with the provided measuring cup and mix properly in a shaker or blend in water. The dilution ratio is 30g per 150 - 200ml of water / plant milk. Depending on your daily protein requirement, consume 1 - 3 servings per day, between meals.
