OatMash

Mr. Popper's® OatMash® is a delicious soluble extruded oat flour specially designed for quick porridge or oat drink preparation. OatMash is a tasteless product and is an ideal source of natural oat fibre.

Oatmeal:Mix 1 scoop of OatMash® (50 g) with 200 ml of hot water or milk. Mix everything well with a tablespoon or whisk. Wait 2 minutes. You can flavour the porridge with honey and garnish with fruit or nuts. You can vary the thickness of the porridge according to your taste.

Oat drink: mix 1 scoop (50g) in 300 ml of water or milk. Use a blender or hand shaker. You can also mix OatMash® with your favourite protein shake.
