Dosage:

In the beginning, it is advisable to start with a half ( 1/2 ) dose = half ( 1/2 ) scoop. Mix half ( 1/2 ) scoop in 250 ml of cold water and take 20 - 30 minutes before training on an empty stomach. After a few doses, you can increase the dose to one ( 1 ) full scoop. Do not take more than one ( 1 ) scoop in 24 hours!
