Ingredients:citrulline malate, a blend of three types of creatine (creatine monohydrate (3g per serving), keratin ethyl ester, creatine HCL); sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, taurine, caffeine, TeaCrine®, sucralose (sweetener), niacin, vitamin B12, colored turmeric extract.

Dosage:

Mix 1 scoop (10.5g) in 250ml cold water and mix well. Take 30 minutes before training on an empty stomach. Contains 200mg of caffeine per serving. If you have never taken a pre-workout before, we recommend starting with half the dose.
