Essential amino acids, of which we know 9 types, are essential for the human body. However, our organism cannot produce them or only in insufficient quantities. Therefore, it is particularly important to ensure their intake from external sources, preferably in optimal quantities and proportions.

Essential amino acids

The body can also produce essential amino acids on its own. These are L-glutamine, L-arginine and L-tyrosine, which are found in the product. Supplementation of these amino acids can be beneficial under certain conditions, for example during particularly intense or long duration workouts. In such cases, the body may need more amino acids than it can make on its own.

Electrolytes and vitamin B6

During a hard workout, not only are glycogen stores in the muscles reduced, but water and mineral salts are also lost and we need to make sure they are replenished. The following electrolytes are most commonly found in our bodies: calcium, sodium, potassium, phosphorus, chlorine and magnesium. The magnesium content in this product contributes to the balance of electrolytes, or to the proper functioning of the muscles and the proper functioning of the psyche. Vitamin B6 and magnesium found in the product contribute to proper metabolism, which is important for energy production and for reducing fatigue and exhaustion.

Dosage: Mix 1 serving (14 g = 2 heaping scoops = 2 heaping teaspoons) of the product with 400 ml of water in a shaker. Take 1 dose daily. The established recommended daily dose should not be exceeded!
