Pro Instant is a composition of branched chain amino acids (L-Leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine), who se mission is effective and quick replenishment of short ages of these amino acids in muscle cells caused by intensive training. Increased portion of L-leucine - the most anabolic branched chain amino acid, is designed to ensure maximum training results. Recommended dosage: On training days , one serving before training and one serving after training. In non-training days, one serving in the morning and one in the afternoon between meals. One serving is 6g dissolved in 300 ml of water or juice.
